At FunkyVastra, we are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. If you encounter any issues with your order, please follow our refund and return policy as outlined below:

1. Reporting Timeframe:
   • You must inform our customer support within three (3) days of Return Policy receiving the product.

2. Submission of Proof:
   • To verify the issue, you need to send a video and photo of the product to us via WhatsApp or email. This will help us assess the condition of the product.
3. Verification Process:
   • Upon reviewing the information you provide, we will verify whether there is a manufacturing defect or damage in the product.
4. Refund and Return:
   • If a defect is found during our verification process:
     • We will issue a refund for the amount you paid.
     • Alternatively, if you prefer, we will provide a replacement product.
   • Please note: For a refund or return, you will need to return the product in its original condition and packaging.
5. Adherence to the Timeframe:
   • This policy applies to complaints made within three (3) days of receiving the product. If eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed and credited to the user’s account within 7 days.
6. Important Notes:
   • This policy only applies to cases where there is a clear manufacturing defect or damage to the product sent by us.
   • This policy does not cover damages caused by normal wear and tear or improper use.
